Our private vacation properties range from cozy cottages and condos for two persons,
to larger family cabins, group chalets, and luxurious vacation homes. Rates range from US$89.00 to $499.00
per night, and from US$534.00 to $3493.00 per week + tax.
RESERVATIONS GENERAL:
Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods,
and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.
RESERVATIONS BOOKING:
A Booking Deposit equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax,
is required to reserve a vacation property. The entire balance is due-in-full 14-days prior
to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit
card on the scheduled due date.
PAYMENTS:
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus, and American Express as
forms of payment. Sorry, NO checks.
