Republic of South Africa is located in Southern Africa, at the southern tip of the continent of Africa.
South Africa, including Prince Edward Islands (Marion Island and Prince Edward Island), has total land
area about 1,219,912 square kilometers, slightly less than twice the size of Texas of the United States.
Based on July 2004 estimate, South Africa has about 42,718,530 population, including black 75.2%,
white 13.6%, Colored 8.6%, and Indian 2.6%. It has 11 official languages, including Afrikaans, English,
Ndebele, Pedi, Sotho, Swazi, Tsonga, Tswana, Venda, Xhosa, and Zulu.
South Africa is a beautiful and complex developing country with an abundant supply of resources. It has
well-developed financial, legal, communications, energy, and transport sectors, a stock exchange that ranks
among the 10 largest in the world, and a modern infrastructure supporting an efficient distribution of goods
to major urban centers throughout the region.

and the Cape of Good Hope attract worldwide tourists to come to this most relaxed city of South Africa.
Kruger National Park, located in the Eastern Lowveld, is South Africa's main attractions and one of the
most famous wildlife parks in the world. With about two million hectares land, the park has great
variety of animals, including lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, rhino, cheetah, giraffe, hippo and
many other smaller animals and about 500 kinds of birds.
