The Franklyn D. Resort is an all-inclusive, luxury resort located at Runaway Bay, on Jamaica's picturesque north coast. This resort stands out from other all- inclusive type resorts, because it is truly family oriented. Children under 16, sharing a suite with their parents stay free, and enjoy all of the other all- inclusive features - food, drink, entertainment activities, all free of charge. Upon check-in, all families are assigned a vacation nanny, to assist each family with their every need. Each nanny is a trusted staff member who attends to the entire family's needs during normal work hours of 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. In addition to babysitting, the nanny will assist in bathing, dressing and feeding of the children. Parents may enjoy peace of mind while taking time out for themselves, away from the children.

There are no "rooms" at the Franklyn D. Resort. - just spacious suites with a separate bedroom, a kitchen and a terrace or balcony. The one-bedroom suites have a pullout sleeper sofa in the living area, and hold a maximum of five occupants. The kitchen is fully equipped, including utensils and the full-size bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The suites are housed in eight low-rise buildings with a beautiful Mediterranean/Georgian décor.

The all-inclusive dining is served at four onsite restaurants that include a beachside grill, a special kids' buffet and two fine dining restaurants.

The Franklyn D. Resort offers sports and leisure activities for all ages. There is a pool area setup for the kids and there are a variety of water sports available for the adults, including scuba diving, snorkeling and sailing. There is a special program for the kids that include craft and sports classes with special facilities.
